This site utilizes various statistics tools such as Google Analytics and others to determine visitor‐demographic information such as IP address, geographic location, and referrer. None of this information is personally identifiable and is not shared with any third party. The information is used soley to improve this site’s performance to ensure it is delivering the most relevant content in the most efficient and up‐to‐date manner.

Further, any information provided by a visitor in any contact form on this site is safeguarded and is not shared with any third parties. Additionally, this information will only be used for its original intent; to initate contact regarding the message received. This information will not be used for additional solicitations, newletter mailing‐lists, or promotions of any kind.

For Clients

The following is an excerpt from the contract I use for all my clients.

In consideration of this Agreement, Consultant hereby agrees that, during the course of the project and forever thereafter, Consultant will not disclose any confidential personal or business information (whether written or verbal) belonging or pertaining to the Client or their organization. Consultant further agrees not to reproduce any confidential materials provided by the Client, nor to release, share, disclose, or let other do the same. In the event that Consultant is not sure whether certain information is confidential personal or business information, Consultant agrees to treat that information as confidential unless informed to the contrary by Client. Consultant agrees information regarding the Client or Client’s confidential information should not be shared with other persons verbally or in writing.

I have an extensive background in business development and operations, and understand the necessity of care when working with sensitive company information. To that extent, any information provided by a client before, during, or after project development is kept in the strictest of confidence and is only shared with authorized parties.
